Welcome to Sheen Photography. By booking or using our photography and media services, you agree to the following terms:
Booking and Payment
- Session bookings are confirmed upon payment or deposit, as communicated in your quote or invoice.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the retainer.
- Final edited photos or galleries are delivered after full payment is received.
Image Rights
- Sheen Photography retains the copyright to all images unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Clients receive rights for personal or business use depending on the session type, but not for resale or redistribution.
- We may use select images for portfolio, social media, or marketing purposes unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.
Limitation of Liability
We take great care to deliver quality work, but in the unlikely event of camera failure, accident, or unforeseen loss of images, our liability is limited to a full refund of any payments made for that session.
Conduct
Clients agree to behave respectfully during sessions and to follow photographer guidance to ensure a smooth experience.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
