A 40-minute session offers the following:

Choice of indoor or outdoor location (Travel fees* may apply)

Optional outfit changes

Client's selection of 15 favorite images, delivered in an online gallery as professionally edited high-quality digital photos

Option to purchase additional photos for $15 each

Accommodation for 2-8 people per session (with an additional cost for extra individuals)

All prices are subject to applicable taxes.

Before the session, all clients are required to sign a contract agreement.

EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY

PRIVATE PARTIES, CORPORATE EVENTS, GRADUATION CEREMONIES, ETC.


Events are charged per hour:

  • First hour: $170
  • Every additional hour: $120

Travel fees* may apply for events at the client's location.

Package includes all high-quality digital photos taken, delivered in an online gallery as professionally edited images (approximately 40-50 final photos per hour).

All prices are subject to applicable taxes.

Before the session, all clients are required to sign a contract agreement.

REAL ESTATE MEDIA


REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY

DAY TIME (INTERIOR/EXTERIOR), TWILIGHT AND AERIAL


Clients are presented with a selection of main real estate photography packages, each including a specified number of professionally edited high-quality photos:


  • For properties up to 3,000 sq ft: $180

Package includes 27 daytime interior and exterior photos.

  • For properties between 3,000 and 4,500 sq ft: $250

Package includes 32 daytime interior and exterior photos.

  • For properties between 4,500 and 6,500 sq ft: $320

Package includes 37 daytime interior and exterior photos.


In addition to the main packages, clients can opt for the following add-on services:


  • Twilight Photography: $80

Includes 2 professionally edited exterior photos. Additional photos can be added for $25 each.

  • Aerial Photography: $160

Includes 5 professionally edited exterior photos. Aerial Photography appointments are subject to wind conditions. The service is provided with $1 million liability coverage and is operated by an FAA Certified Remote Pilot.


Option to purchase additional photos for $15 each

REAL ESTATE VIDEOGRAPHY

CINEMATIC WALK THROUGH TOURS


Clients have the option to choose from two main packages, each offering unique features:


  • CINEMATIC Walk-Through Video Tour: Priced at $220, this package provides a horizontally recorded video tour lasting 2-3 minutes, tailored for platforms like YouTube and MLS.
  • CINEMATIC REEL VIDEO: Available for $120, this package offers a vertically recorded video lasting up to one minute, specifically designed for popular social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.


Additional Options (Available for Both Videos):

  • INCORPORATING AERIAL FOOTAGE: $100
  • IN-PERSON NARRATION: $80

VIRTUAL TOURS

MATTERPORT, ZILLOW 3D HOME®




Clients are presented with two main packages, each targeting a specified platform:


MATTERPORT 3D VIRTUAL TOURS:

  • For properties up to 3,000 sq ft: $160
  • For properties between 3,000 and 4,500 sq ft: $230
  • For properties between 4,500 and 6,500 sq ft: $290

Initial three months of provider cloud storage are included. Each subsequent three-month extension of hosting incurs an additional fee of $50.00.


ZILLOW 3D HOME® VIRTUAL TOURS:

  • For properties up to 3,000 sq ft: $90
  • For properties between 3,000 and 4,500 sq ft: $130
  • For properties between 4,500 and 6,500 sq ft: $160


Both options can be purchased as an add-on to a main photography package and are not sold separately.

AI POWERED VIRTUAL STAGING: $22 for each photo virtually staged. All prices are subject to tax.

* TRAVEL FEE

We are located in Greatwood, Texas. There is no travel fee for homes in the range of 20 miles or less (Round Trip). For locations that exceed 20 miles round trip there will be a federal going rate charge of 65.5 cents/mile.

To accurately determine this fee, please find the non-toll route between Greatwood, TX, and your property address on google map. Then, calculate the round trip distance by multiplying it by 2.
